It’s a tough opening assignment — Katsina United have been one of the most active clubs in the pre-season transfer market, unveiling 11 new signings of their own ahead of the trip to Enugu.
Rangers have confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Abuchi Okeke as part of their preparations for the new campaign. Club general manager Amobi Ezeaku has said the team has brought in a number of players across both its NPFL and CAF Champions League squads, though the full list of incoming players has not yet been made public.
Beyond the NPFL title race, Rangers will also compete in the CAF Champions League this season, adding continental fixtures to an already demanding domestic calendar.
