Africa has reached a historic milestone at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, with a record 10 nations representing the continent in the expanded 48-team tournament.
Algeria, Cape Verde, Côte d’Ivoire, DR Congo, Egypt, Ghana, Morocco, Senegal, South Africa and Tunisia are all flying the African flag.
