You need a verified account, a registered bank account whose holder name matches your Bet9ja details, and a balance of at least ₦1,000. Bet9ja’s help site says you must verify your account before you can add a bank account or request a withdrawal.
Do the verification early rather than waiting until you win. If the name on your bank account differs from your registration, even by a middle name, Bet9ja can suspend the account until you send proof of ID and a bank statement showing you own the account.
The steps are the same on the website and the app.
Step 1 – Log in with your username and password.
Step 2 – Open My Account and choose Withdraw.
Step 3 – Add your bank account (first time only) under Manage Bank Account, entering the details exactly. Make sure the account holder name matches your Bet9ja registration.
Step 4 – Enter the amount and choose your registered bank account from the dropdown. The minimum is ₦1,000.
Step 5 – Click Make Withdrawal and choose whether to receive the OTP by SMS or email.
Step 6 – Enter the OTP to submit the request. Without the correct OTP the withdrawal is not sent.
Bet9ja pays into Nigerian bank accounts registered under Manage Bank Account. The banks you can pick are the ones shown in that list, which can change, so check it in your account before you plan a withdrawal.

Bet9ja does not publish a fixed processing time on its withdrawal help page. Bank transfers usually arrive within hours on business days, but allow up to one business day, and longer if you request on a weekend or public holiday when banks do not settle.
Most failures come from a short list of causes, and each one has a fix.
Name mismatch: the bank account holder name must match your Bet9ja details. Fix the mismatch, or send ID and a bank statement when Bet9ja asks.

OTP not received: choose email instead of SMS at the OTP step, or wait a few minutes and request a new code. If your phone number has changed, you will need to update it with support.
Balance below ₦1,000: only your withdrawable cash balance counts, not locked bonus funds.
Bank delay: if Bet9ja shows the withdrawal as processed but your bank has not credited it, check again after the next banking day before you complain.
You manage bank accounts under Manage Bank Account in My Account, and your account has to be verified first. If you need to change the name on your account or your registered phone number, you will have to go through Bet9ja customer care with your ID.
No official transfer between Bet9ja accounts is described on the withdrawal help page, which lists only withdrawals to your own registered bank account. Do not hand your login to anyone who offers to move money for you.
First check the withdrawal status in your account, then confirm the name on your bank account, your verification status and that the OTP step was completed. If it is still not resolved after one business day, contact Bet9ja through the details on our Bet9ja customer care number page, with the date, amount and transaction reference ready.
