Why can’t I log in to MSport Nigeria?

Most failed logins come down to three things: a wrong password, an SMS code that never arrives, or a typo in the phone number. MSport signs you in with the Nigerian mobile number you registered with, so check the number first, then the password. If you have not registered yet, see our MSport Nigeria review for the sign-up steps.

What should I do if the MSport SMS code does not arrive?

MSport uses SMS codes for registration, login and password reset, so a missing code stops you getting in. Confirm you are using the registered number and have signal, then wait before asking for another code. MSport allows 3 SMS codes per 24 hours per phone number, so repeated resends can lock you out of getting a code until the next day.

If your number is on the Do Not Disturb list, texts from MSport can be blocked. Dialling *2442# is the fix our MSport problems guide recommends.

How do I reset my MSport password?

Tap the forgotten-password option on the login screen, enter your registered mobile number and confirm with the SMS code, then set a new password. If you linked a security email to your account, you can reset by email as well, which is useful when SMS codes are not arriving.

Does the MSport app use a different login from the website?

No. It is one account, so the same mobile number and password work on the app and the website. If the app will not open or install, our MSport app download guide covers Android and iPhone.

How do I contact MSport Nigeria support?

Phone support is 018888331 and runs 24/7. You can also use live chat at msport.com/ng/support or email support.nigeria@msport.com. Send identity documents for verification (KYC) only to operations.nigeria@msport.com.

What can I do once I am logged in?

Open Me, then Deposit to add funds (see the MSport deposit guide), and check Vouchers under Me. When you are ready to cash out, follow our guide on how to withdraw from MSport. For this weekend’s games, see today’s football betting tips.

Frequently asked questions

Why can’t I log in to MSport?

Most MSport login failures come from a wrong password, an SMS code that never arrives, or a typo in the phone number. MSport uses SMS codes for registration, login and password reset, so a number that cannot receive texts blocks all three.

What do I do if the MSport SMS code does not arrive?

Check that the number is the one you registered with and that you have network signal. Nigerian numbers on the Do Not Disturb list can miss codes; dialling *2442# is the usual fix. MSport limits SMS codes to 3 per 24 hours per phone number, so do not keep tapping resend.

How do I reset my MSport password?

Use the forgotten-password option on the login screen and enter your registered mobile number to get an SMS code. If you linked a security email to the account, you can reset by email instead.

Can I use the same MSport account on the app and the website?

Yes. It is one account, so the same mobile number and password work on both.

Who do I contact if I still cannot get in?

Call MSport on 018888331 (24/7), use live chat at msport.com/ng/support, or email support.nigeria@msport.com. Use operations.nigeria@msport.com only for KYC documents.

Why is my MSport account frozen or restricted?

A frozen or restricted account is a different problem from a failed login and usually relates to account status or verification. Our MSport problems guide lists the common causes and what to do.
