Kwara United aren’t hiding their ambition — 16 new faces and a stated target of winning everything on offer in 2026/27.
Kwara United have made one of the biggest transfer statements of the close season, unveiling 16 new signings alongside 14 renewed contracts from last season’s squad. Coach Titiloye has been explicit about the ambition: an NPFL title and Federation Cup double in 2026/27.
The signings span every position. In goal, Stanley Victor arrives from Kada City and Ouattara Khalifa from Mali’s Alemas FC. The defence adds Ferinyaro Ali, Peace Dewan, Ada Adamu and Uche Daniel, while Anthony Nnamdi and Emmanuel Ekpeyong strengthen midfield. Up front, Kwara United have brought in Obed Ponkap from Barau FC, Ajibola Ayomade from Ikorodu City, Solomon Shoola from Abraysports, Benjamin Jack from Nasarawa United, Sanni Mohammed from Laos-based ACAS FA, and former Rangers International forward Jerry Alex as the headline arrival.
Alongside the 16 new arrivals, Kwara United have retained 14 players from last season’s squad — a blend of continuity and fresh recruitment that reflects the scale of the club’s ambitions for the new campaign.
