To download the BetKing app in Nigeria, install “BetKing Sports Betting & Games” from the Google Play Store on Android, or use the APK from BetKing’s official website if you can’t use Google Play. On iPhone, use the link on BetKing’s website or save the mobile site to your home screen. This guide covers both, what the app can do and how to fix the most common problems. For our full verdict on the bookmaker, read our BetKing Nigeria review.

How do I download the BetKing app on Android?

The easiest way is Google Play: search “BetKing”, open the official BetKing Sports Betting & Games listing and tap Install, and it will update automatically. If you can’t use Google Play, install the APK from betking.com instead:

1. Open betking.com in your Android browser. Only use the official site, never an APK from a third-party download page.
2. Tap the app download link, usually found in the site menu or footer, and confirm the download.
3. Allow unknown apps for your browser. Android blocks the install by default. Go to Settings, find “Install unknown apps” and allow it for the browser or file manager you used.
4. Open the APK and tap Install.
5. Launch BetKing and log in, or create an account. Our BetKing registration guide walks you through sign-up.

Is there a BetKing app for iPhone?

Availability on the Apple App Store in Nigeria has been inconsistent, so check for an App Store link on BetKing’s website first. If there isn’t one, the mobile site works fully in Safari and you can save it to your home screen so it opens like an app:

1. Open betking.com in Safari.
2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Add to Home Screen and tap Add.

If you are on an older or low-memory phone, see our guide to the BetKing old mobile and lite site.

What can you do in the BetKing app?

The app gives you the same account, markets and payments as the website, in a layout built for your phone:

• Nigerian and international football: NPFL, Premier League, Champions League and more, plus basketball, tennis and virtual sports.
• Live betting with odds that update during the match.
• Deposits and withdrawals by card, bank transfer, USSD and wallets such as OPay and PalmPay. Our BetKing deposit guide and withdrawal guide cover each method.
• Bet history and account settings, including verification, which you need before your first withdrawal. See our BetKing verification guide.

Why is the BetKing app not working?

Most BetKing app problems come from an install permission, an old APK version or a weak connection, and a fresh download fixes the majority of them:

• The APK won’t install: install from Google Play instead, or make sure “Install unknown apps” is allowed for the exact app you used to download it. Some Android versions grant this per app, not globally. If the file is zero bytes or the install fails instantly, download it again from betking.com.
• The app crashes on launch: update the app from Google Play, or clear the cache in Settings, Apps, BetKing, Storage. If it still crashes, uninstall it and install a fresh APK, because old versions can break after an Android update.
• You can’t log in: use Forgot Password on the login screen. If your account is locked after several failed attempts, contact BetKing support. Our BetKing login guide has more fixes.
• Odds aren’t updating or the download is slow: switch between mobile data and Wi-Fi, then close and reopen the app.
• A bet won’t place: check your balance and the minimum stake, and whether the match has already kicked off, since some pre-match markets close at kick-off.
